Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a hormonal disorder experienced by some women in their reproductive years. Experts estimate that 40% of women experience PMS at some time during their lives. A small number of women develop PMS in puberty, but the majority develop it later primarily in their late 20s to early 30s.
