Jerry Gillick, R.Ph.

Jerry Gillick, R.Ph.

President / CEO & Director of Pharmacy Operations

Jerry obtained a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec, Canada and a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Jerry also studied at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

After working for many years as a traditional pharmacist in Canada, Jerry pursued his passion for custom compounding and integrative & nutritional medicine by relocating to Phoenix, Arizona in 1997. In Arizona, Jerry owned and operated two pharmacies, and in 2005, relocated to Colorado to be on the College Pharmacy team.

Jerry’s interest and expertise includes bioidentical hormone replacement, integrative and nutritional medicine, problem solving and formulation of sterile and non-sterile preparations, cosmeceutical formulation, USP 795, 797, 800 and Federal & State regulatory affairs. Licensed in 17 States, Jerry has a very comprehensive knowledge of compounding pharmacy that contributes daily to the success of College Pharmacy and our staff.

Jerry’s dedication and his desire to meet the unique needs of our patients and their practitioners exemplify the high principles of College Pharmacy.

Kellie McCormack

Kellie McCormack

Vice President of Administration and Human Resources

Kellie has been a member of the College Pharmacy management team since 2006. She brings over 18 years of experience in human resources to her position as Vice President of Administration and Human Resources. Kellie came to College Pharmacy after 9 years with a global staffing company where she worked in operations and staffing.

College Pharmacy’s dynamic environment requires highly trained and qualified personnel, and Kellie leads our efforts to find the best candidates. Her skills in employee relations and staffing have greatly contributed to College Pharmacy becoming an employer of choice in Colorado Springs!

Deb Schaller, R.Ph.

Deb Schaller, R.Ph.

Supervisor, Non-Sterile Dept.

Deb received her pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After several years in retail pharmacy, she joined the College Pharmacy team in 2003.

She enjoys the problem solving aspects of custom compounding and helping to provide optimum outcomes for her patients. Prospective and current patients may schedule appointments for free hormone consultations with Deb. Her in-depth knowledge of compounding, her compassion for our patients and her exceptional customer service skills make her an outstanding member of our team.

In her free time, Deb likes to hike with her dog, spend time with family and friends, read and travel.

Christine Wood

IV Department Supervisor, R.Ph.

Christine grew up in numerous bases/cities in the US as her dad was in the Air Force and moved every few years. She attended college at the University of Wyoming and graduated in 1993 with a pharmacy degree. She began working for College Pharmacy in 2002 and has enjoyed watching compounding pharmacy evolve. Christine continues to serve individual patients and practitioner offices with great care and attention. She enjoys working with the awesome team at College Pharmacy and learning about alternative injectable therapies that can help our patients.

As for her other interests, she loves hearing jokes from her kids and laughing with her husband. She enjoys reading a good book in the sunshine, the smell of a peony flower, and eating spinach from her garden.

Frieda Martin, R.Ph.

Frieda Martin, R.Ph.

Special Projects Supervisor

Frieda has over 20 years of experience as a pharmacist.

Her interest in pharmacy began when she experienced firsthand how important the role the pharmacist played in her community; it was through that experience that her passion for pharmacy and healthcare started. She obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy from University of Minnesota in 1991.

Relocating to Colorado Springs in 1995, Frieda continued her career in pharmacy, obtaining management experience before joining College Pharmacy in 2004. She has extensive experience in Long Term Care Pharmacy, Nursing home Consulting, Intravenous compounding preparations, and has helped implement USP 797 at College Pharmacy.

She has a passion for community health and patient welfare, and has been involved in 3 Medical Mission trips to Africa. Her hobbies include hiking and traveling to beaches.

Gabe Jaramillo

Sales Manager

Gabe grew up in Texas and received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2001 from West Texas A&M University before moving to Colorado in 2003. He started out working in banking and accounting prior to joining the College Pharmacy team in 2006. As our Sales Manager, Gabe enjoys traveling to medical conferences on behalf of College Pharmacy where he speaks with practitioners from all over the world about the products and services that we have to offer. He finds it very rewarding to work directly with our international doctors and patients and he is often encouraged by the feedback that he receives from them about the positive impact that College Pharmacy’s medications are having on their lives.

In his free time, Gabe enjoys spending time with his family, cycling and being outdoors.

Jillian Higgs

Supervisor of Customer Service and Inputters

As the Supervisor of Customer Service and Inputters, Jillian enjoys ensuring that College Pharmacy not only meets but exceeds our customer’s needs! She has 19 years of experience in pharmacy and has been with College Pharmacy since 2018. Jillian has worked in the retail, government, and long-term care pharmacy settings prior to working at College Pharmacy. Jillian appreciates the satisfaction that comes from working in a specialty pharmacy as it fills the unique needs of the community.
